URI Fabrication is a Washington-based fabrication and assembly company supporting OEMs and technology companies with mechanical fabrication, electrical assembly, electromechanical integration, and production support.
Our team brings hands-on manufacturing experience together with electrical and electronic engineering knowledge. Our background includes electrical and mechanical systems, fabrication, power distribution, controls, and electromechanical assembly.

How We Work
Good subcontract manufacturing starts with understanding the requirements.
Before and during a build, we work from the applicable customer documentation and review drawings, schematics, BOMs, specifications, and revisions as appropriate to the project.
When something is unclear or does not match, we ask.
When a manufacturing issue is identified, we communicate it.
We do not make unapproved design changes or component substitutions.
Our objective is to give engineering, procurement, and production teams confidence that the work being placed with URI Fabrication is being handled carefully and communicated clearly.
Quality
Quality is part of the build process.
We focus on component verification, workmanship, mechanical fit, wiring accuracy, assembly, and final inspection based on the requirements established for each project.
Manufacturing and inspection records are maintained as appropriate to the work being performed.
When a project requires additional inspection, testing, traceability, documentation, packaging, or reporting, those requirements can be incorporated when defined and included within the agreed project scope.

Our background includes mechanical systems and fabrication, welding, electronics and troubleshooting, electrical controls, switchgear, power distribution, panel assembly, electrical design, and equipment integration.
The team has experience with electrical systems supporting demanding applications, including hospitals, commercial facilities, infrastructure, and transportation projects.
That experience established the foundation for URI Fabrication: bringing mechanical capability, electrical knowledge, and practical problem-solving together in one manufacturing operation.
Supporting U.S. Manufacturing
From our Washington facility, URI Fabrication supports customers that need a responsive domestic source for fabricated components and electrical and electromechanical assemblies.
We can support prototype and initial builds, low-volume production, replacement and spare assemblies, and repeat production requirements.
Our size allows us to stay close to each project. Customers can communicate directly with the people responsible for understanding and building their product, helping technical questions get resolved quickly and keeping work moving.
